RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on orders. In the event you need to return your order, returns will be credited back to you in the form of store credit to use your next purchase (or to replace your original order). Store credit is only valid for one year following the issue date. Unworn, unwashed and unaltered items may be returned. If items are returned appearing worn (with makeup or deodorant), smelling of smoke or fragrances, damaged or received beyond 30 days from the order date, the return will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship the item(s) back to you or we will dispose or donate after 30 days.

SOMETHING WRONG?

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days so we may address the issue. Use the Contact Us page. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, washed the merchandise or worn it.

SHIPPING BACK YOUR ORDER

Please review our complete return policy before sending back your order. We do not provide free return shipping. Please include your original packing slip inside your return. We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit. All returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once processed.
